Terms & Conditions – PURRLOVE*

1. Introduction Welcome to PURRLOVE*. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website, reserving a kitten, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. About Us PURRLOVE* is a professional Sphynx cat breeder. Our aim is to raise healthy, well-socialised kittens and to place them in safe, responsible, and loving homes.

3. Reservations, Deposits & Payments - All reservations must be made in advance via phone or email. - A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to reserve a kitten. - The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of collection. - Prices are quoted in GBP (£). - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at our discretion (for example, if we have concerns about the suitability of the home). In such cases, any deposit paid may be refunded at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Refunds - If you cancel your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. - If PURRLOVE* cancels a reservation, we may offer a refund or transfer of the deposit to another kitten, at our discretion. - No refunds are given after the kitten has been collected.

5. Health, Vaccinations & Buyer Responsibilities - All kittens leave PURRLOVE* fully vaccinated, wormed, neutered, vet-checked, and with 5 weeks of free insurance from Agria (subject for UK residents only), activated from the day of collection. - A health record and vaccination card will be provided at collection. - From the moment of collection, responsibility for the kitten’s health and welfare passes to the buyer. PURRLOVE* is not responsible for any illness, injury, or costs arising after collection. - The buyer agrees to: - Register the kitten with a vet promptly after collection. - Follow all veterinary advice regarding vaccinations, parasite control, and general care. - Provide a safe, clean, and loving home environment.

6. Breeding & Neutering Policy - No kittens are sold for breeding or with breeding rights. - To ensure this, all kittens are neutered at an appropriate age before the buyer’s collection date, allowing sufficient time for full recovery. - The buyer agrees not to use the kitten for breeding or attempt to reverse or interfere with the neutering procedure.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property - The content on our website is for general information only and may be updated without notice. - You must not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access. - All content (including text, images, and branding) is owned by PURRLOVE* and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy - We collect and store personal information only as necessary to provide our services and manage reservations. - Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. - By contacting us or reserving a kitten, you consent to us storing and using your details for these purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
